When to call Chargemap Assistance?
As a Chargemap Pass customer, you can access a phone support service every day from 7am to 10pm to help you in case of charging difficulties.
For assistance, you must call our support team, whose telephone number is located on the back of your Chargemap Pass. On the other hand, you should not directly call the charging network support number, this will redirect you to Chargemap Assistance. Only Chargemap Assistance has access to information about your Chargemap Pass account, the charges you made, and so on. In the event of a technical problem at a charging station, Chargemap Assistance can contact the support services of the charging network to find a solution, start charging through remote access in some cases or redirect you to another charging area. In this case, you will receive the address and the information of the new station by a text message. Chargemap Assistance can also help you activate your card.
