Chargemap does not own charging stations

We inform you that Chargemap does not own the charging stations made available.

Our job is to act as a Mobility Service Provider (MSP) so that you can charge your EV at a maximum number of charging stations. At present, you can top up your electric vehicle on over 600 networks and 200,000 charging points throughout Europe with a single RFID card - the Chargemap Pass!

So, if you come across a charging station that is damaged or out of order, the top priority is to let the charge point operator (CPO) know as quickly as possible. You can also share the information on our website and/or the Chargemap app to keep other users up to date.

If you remark any anomaly as to the energy recovered, you can consult the Automobile Propre website to check out charging for your particular EV.

If you have any questions as to the pricing system, please consult this article.

Finally, if you find an ICE vehicle parked in a space reserved for electric vehicles, you can alert the local authorities.

If you need further help or have any other questions, you can contact the Chargemap Support Centre. Our team is always ready to help.
