I haven’t received my Chargemap Pass yet
Your card and Welcome Pack will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order. You then need to wait for an additional 4 to 10 working days for the postal services to do their job and deliver the package!
We cannot give you a definite idea of when you will receive your card because we depend on the postal services and their delivery schedule.
Please note that at the current time we don’t offer a delivery monitoring system, but everything is sent with great care from our premises in France ;)
We encourage you to check your delivery address carefully at the time of ordering.

Finally, you should be aware that you cannot charge your EV yet if you have not received the Chargemap Pass. This is, of course, a topic our teams are currently working on. Here is a full article on the subject.
