How long will my Chargemap Pass be activated?
Your Chargemap Pass remains actived as long as you use it, and if it has not been deactivated for any reason (loss, unpaid invoice, ...).
If no charges has been made with the Chargemap Pass during two consecutive years, it is automatically deactivated.
In this case, if you need it again after it has been deactivated, just write to our support team at support@chargemap.com and we will activate it again for free.
