Why can’t I find my EV?
If you can’t find your EV in the list of electric vehicles proposed and/or if you are planning a route but your EV is not taken into account, it could be that we are missing some key data about these vehicles that have not been provided by the carmakers.
However, the EV database is regularly updated, so don‘t hesitate to try again later on!
You can, of course, send a request for an EV to be added to our customer service, who will be able to tell you if adding this particular EV is imminent ;)
In the meanwhile, do not hesitate to use an EV with an equivalent power rating instead.
