Why can’t I find a route?

The route planner has been designed and calibrated to conserve your batteries’ potential. This means the percentage and duration of optimum charging is situated between 20% and 80%.

If you change the percentages, or if the battery capacity of your EV is too low, it may be that the route planner can’t find the right route to get you to the next charging station.

A few tips may help you sort this out: 

→ Change the battery percentage levels for the departure and arrival points 

→ Replace indication of the vehicle or its version by another vehicle with an equivalent capacity 

→ Tick the “Avoid highways” box 

If the journey proposed is unfeasible despite these modifications, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
