I’ve found a bug on the website or mobile app
If you come across a problem on the website and/or the Chargemap mobile app, please contact us and give us a maximum amount of information so that our technical teams can help you the best they can!
Here is a non-exhaustive list:
- device used
- version of your operating system (e.g.: OS 15.3.1)
- version of the app
- browser used
- error message displayed
- short description of the bug: don’t hesitate to give details on the steps you followed so that our technical teams can reconstruct what happened!
It is also a good idea to attach a screenshot or at least do a screen save as follows:
