How can I have explanation on my invoice or dispute data of a charge?

All the information regarding your charges are available in your Chargemap user account, in You account/your charges or your invoices

If you need to dispute the data of a charge, please write to us at support@chargemap.com and explain why you dispute the charge as precisely as possible. It will allow us to contact the concerned network to ask for a partial or complete refund of your charge more easily.

We also invite you not to contact our helpline by phone because our agents are not authorized to treat invoice matters, and they will in any case send you back to our email support team.
