Why is my Chargemap Pass deactivated?

There can be many reasons why your Chargemap Pass is deactivated. 

Your Pass has not yet been activated 

To activate your Pass, click on this link

Your Pass has been declared lost/stolen 

When you declare that your Pass is lost/stolen, it is deactivated so that you can order another one, as described in this article

One of your invoices is outstanding

If an invoice is outstanding, the Pass is deactivated within 4 days. In the meantime, a payment attempt is re-initiated every 24 hours. 

Your means of payment is not up-to-date 

To change your bank details, follow the steps described in this article. Once the invoice has been settled, the Pass is automatically reactivated. But it may take a few minutes ;) 

Your Pass has been deactivated at your own request 

In this case, simply contact our customer service by email to reactivate it :)
